PART-I( The Civil Procedure Code 1908)

Q.2. Please describe briefly the procedure for filling suits by or against the Government .

Q.3. What are the general powers of the Court to review a decree or an order?

Q.4. What is the mode for execution of a decree for specific performance , for restitution of conjugal rights or for an injunction?

PART-II( The Limitation Act 1908)

Q.5. What is the object of law of limitation.

Q.6. What is the effect of substituting or adding new plaintiff or defendant?

PART-III( The Registration Act 1908)

Q.7. Define:
a). Immovable property
b). Representative
Q.8. What are the conditions precedent to the institution of a suit in case of refusal by the Registrar to register the document under section 72 or 76 of the Act?

PART-III( The Qanun-e-Shahadat Order 1984)
Q.9. Define:
a) Document
b). Evidence
c). Proved.
d). Disproved
Q.10. Please discuss the law of conspiracy as laid down in the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order.

Q.11. When the genuineness of a letter is in dispute, what are the various kinds of evident that may be laid before the court to prove the handwriting ?

Q.12. Please give a brief analysis of the document which the court is bound to presume to be genuine or accurate.

Q.13. What privileges if any can be claimed by judges, married persons and policemen?

NOTE: Attempt FIVE questions in all in English Language, selecting TWO questions each from Section-A and Section-B and ONE from Section-C. Each question carries 20 marks.

SECTION-I
Q.1. Define and explain common intention and common object. Is there any difference between the two? If so, explain.

Q.2. Define and distinguish theft and criminal breach of trust.

Q.3. What are the restrictions imposed upon the use of force in self defense under PPC?

Q.4. What are the different kinds of qatl and what are their punishments? When is it liable to qisas?

SECTION-B

Q.5. Describe various classes of criminal courts with reference to trial, powers and maximum sentence which they can award.

Q.6. How the statement of an accused is recorded? What is the liability for refusing to answer questions put to him?

Q.7. What is important of first information report? State its essential requirements.

Q.8. What are irregularities and illegalities? Discuss in detail with reference to law as which of these vitiate and which do not vitiate the proceedings.

SECTIONS-C

Q.9. Discuss the procedure for incorporating change of ownership in the revenue record. What are the roles of revenues officer and patawari in this behalf?

Q.10. Describe the function of Board of Revenue and revenue officers subordinate to it.
