Because required limit is 21 to 25.

Physical measurement and eye check from DHQ before last date.
MCQs test.
Psychological test.
Interview.
No other test is taken.
Syllabus is General as in Ad.
Prepare sports events all last and upcoming venue year etc
Article 8-28 of Constitution.
Pay around 30,000
Training in Sihala ISB
