My interview was held on 21-11-2016. The pannel was cooperative but conscious. I was late in interview by almost three hours so i was interviewed in the end of my group. They at once frowned upon me but i put forward medicine slip alongwith pills that doctor advised me and told them that i was caught by sudden fever in the morning. then they asked about my qualifications. i told about ma english and bsc non medical. asked me if i was in police on seeing noc. i answered inaffirmative. then started proper interview.

Chairman asked me what do you know about computer usage. i told i was familiar with computer basics and know about word, excel and power point. chairman then asked me how do maintain computerised land record using excel. i could only tell by using excel sheets. then he asked me how can we differentiate land record of more than 50 acre on excel. i said sorry.

Another member participated in discussion and asked me about square, i told 25 acre. then he asked about marlas in acre, cannals in acre, marlas in cannal and finally feet in marla which i could not answer.

Another member soon turned his guns towards me and asked why i was interested in this job, suitable for this job and adopt in this environment. i tried to give him answer in best possible manner. then he asked me about registers. i told register intiqal (dakhil kharij) register haqiat and register roznamcha. he asked if jama bandi is register. i said yes also called it missal miyadi. he then asked about ishtimal which i told in some way.

Again chairman intervened and asked about cpec, from where it originates, importance of gwadar port and various related things. then he asked about pakistan neighbours with indication of direction. then about east pakistan.
again he turned towards computer knowledge which i could hardly swallow. thus ended my interview. though my interview was ok but my body-language was not that great because of intense body temperature. still hoping for the best.

As interviews are over, how much time it would take PPSC to announce final recommendations?

I heard that 175 candidates are rejected on different grounds.can anybody confirm it?

Yea .. most of them were degree holders of b.com .

expected date of result?

I feel that by satisfaction you mean that there is no room for improvement anymore. There is mostly or rather always room for improvement. Do you mean that a man made institution can't be improved any further?
Neither did i say that they should ask the same question nor i claimed that the panelists are unworthy of deciding careers. Furthermore, i also did not claim that they are doing a poor job.
Nevertheless, different people might give more weight-age to certain aspects than others makes sense.
On a lighter note , a jug of water and couple of glasses for candidates, in the waiting corridor won't make them poor

I would say that it was horrible. They caught me off guard. I had information regarding BOR, LRMIS, nature of the job etc but they asked me questions about the process like , what is the difference in the process of issuing manual and computerized fards? how acres in the square are numbered? what is the difference between "khata and Khewat" ? Tell about other workforce which is designated at centers ? how many square feet in marla? and few others which i managed to answer. I was not expecting so many questions about the process and minute details of that process as i had only prepared for overall bigger picture.
So, congratulations to other aspirants here. One more is down!
