Default need urgent help
i m assistant in livestock. i have cleared the test of assistant in police while i have no DPC( DEPARTMENTAL PERMISSION CERTIFICATE). i have asked about it to my authority who have said that DPC will be granted to you by the secretary of livestock and he doesn't allow anyone to leave department. what should i do now?
and is there anyone who is working in livestock and has taken DPC from secretary.

pls reply urgently

You should not quit this job because you'd be wasting a seat. Since both the jobs are in same grade, so think wisely about other people.
