Are you just guessing it? PPSC didn't give any such details as u r giving, if PPSC has provided these details then plz share your source.

PPSC had informed that there will be a 100 marker MCQs-style paper of 2 hours
"relating to prescribed qualification and job description". That's the original wording of the advertisement, how could it possibly mean that Maths, arithmetic, Everyday Science and even Current Affairs will be included?

i have some notes on current affairs.... infact i got them from some thread in this forum but dont remember that thread.... if you need it send me your email id... i will mail you

in my opinion "who is who and what is what" is a good choice to prepare general knowledge, islamiyat and pak studies portion.... as i observed most of the general knowledge and islamiyat mcqs in test of assistant director (IB) was from that book.

Current Affairs and General Knowledge have no limits. You can prepare for years, even then you can not claim you have covered it. It encompasses too many and too much, You must have an open eye about news around you. It is more than enough for you. I don't beleive on General Knowledge books which carry hundred thousands of MCQs, it is a dilemma that in order to earn money, every year, publishers change 2 or 3 pages and thousands of same old books are sold with new titles.
As far as DDAO paper is concerned, it will be overwhelmingly general than finance or accounting based because PPSC does not demand purely professional knowledge in these One-Paper MCQs tests. No offense, those who are preparing from books and working hard are highly encouraged though.

agree with you rishzzz..... there is no limit of general knowledge & current affairs.... Prep from some sources is just kind of our own inner satisfaction that atleast we have tried to prepare this portion... or to revise some...
