And also some detail about punjab Food department.
An AFC can enjoy such leisure that he prepare himself for PMS/css?

An AFC has to surveillance the specific center assigned by the food department. His major duty is to is to conduct purchase and dispatch of wheat during specific seasons. It's a tenacious job as purchase season starts during peak summer and an AFC has to work continuously for at least 3 months without any break...even no holiday of weekend. But he has a lot of free time other than particular seasons stated above. So you would've spare time for preparation.

A my friend was appointed AFC in food department in 2010 & getting 17000/month. An AFC will be promoted as DFC within 5 to 10 years of service.
