Unhappy chances for screening test

Dear all
if one appears in screening test does it mean that he has lost one attempt .
and if one qualify or disqualify screening test and does not appear in css exam will it be considered his failed attempt and lose of one chance?

No ,in both cases ,either you fail or pass but didn't appear in CSS exam , you wouldn't lost any chance.

Respected Modertor! I will not endorse your reply. As per my knowledge, the candidate loses his/her chance if he/she will appear in screening test.
It's confirmed because I have asked from one of the FPSC officials. Moreover, one important thing for the members is that Candidates wont lose chance, if they appear in screening test for CE-2014. As this is the first time in the history of CSS , therefore, FPSC is providing us with this previlege. but from CE-2014 onwards, this previlege will not be enjoyed by the candidates who will appear for CE-2015. Once they appear in screening test, either they fail or pass, they will lose their chance.

We can't say anything that is not officially announced . So according to your own statement " Candidates wont lose chance, if they appear in screening test for CE-2014" .

Nothing is confirmed yet. Wait for few days, situation will be more clear.
