I read this thread fully and found many suggestions solutions for screening test. well all are useful but I would also want to add some points
one thing is it is first and test just for filtration and maximum chances it is an average test because FPSC have freshly ideas and thinking and may be onward it would be harder
2 Nat and Gat books are totly different and if u start prepare from Nat and Gat books you will lost a lot of time instead of this just prepare your compulsory subjects objective MCQs and for math portion you should check intelligence test pattern held by different organizations
I got some stuff for screening test and its helpful to prepare.

Dear aspirants the mostly posts reveal that most of aspirants are in confusion of pattern of CSS screen test will come within couple of months 75 days left and not the least who has already who have attempted in Exam are in benefited due much more course of preparation is already covered in terms of compulsory syllabus set by FPSC.

One important aspect of screen test is to pass to get passport in CSS written exam, its score will not be added on later stages of exams. So prepare yourself keeping in mind the time and its utilization with respect to allocated weight to each portion .

New aspirants have no an idea of test and gravity of screen test preparations. Please don't waste your time in taking more advice in scatter way because the more advice the more confusion at your foot.

For timely preparation of screen test - Math portion is of (20%) confined on SSC level by FPSC. books of ISSB and well known publisher only for general ablities tests are ample.
English is of (20%) book of Wren & Martin in which portion Correct english usage, one word for many, word substitute, Certain words followed by preposition, comprehension and CSS past papers.

For CA, PA & EDS (45%), Dogar's Who is Who & What is What, study of freedom movement since 1857 to update and regular newspaper reading, fact & figure of hot issues.

Islamiat (15%) this will be covered through latest book of Who is Who & What is What and MCQ's of last 10 years CSS papers of Islamiat .

This is simple plan of screen test rather than going into complex and no doubt already exam attempted candidates are in benefit as they have enough command on compulsory subjects. If anyone can study indepth by managing time is very well & have comparatively advantage.

Further suggestions are warm welcomed.
