if some one attempts screening test but fails to pass it; will it be consider an attempt?

if some one pass it but does not register for the css exam; will it be an attempt considered?

if some one pass screening, register for css exam but doest not appear in exam,, whats about attempt?

please guide in detail..

Your attempt will only be considered when you appear in at least one paper of written examination.
appearance in Screening test is prerequisite for written exam, its not a part of written exam.
