Moreover grace marks were not given to favorites ,its also accusation :sleeping ;)

And nine grace marks were given because only nine answer keys were incorrect. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioner shall come up with a new excuse. As It is not going to work.
"3", not "9", marks were awarded by the SPSC according to their notification; see there is already ambiguity, things aren't looking too good. Chief minister Sindh has ordained, all selections after June will be presided by a selection committee. Meaning they'd sell posts. Current going rate for SDM is 7million and there are 45 vacancies; 7 x 45 = 315 million. I think PPP government will get the judge to annul CCE 2013, and ordain reexamination. Effectively setting plan in motion to harvest Rs 315 million ($ 31.5million)
It's an exam dear, which has already commenced, not a drama. And I could not find a single man who used influence to passed the screening test.
Considering your apt use Of English grammar; might I suggest, may be, they were "Women" who benefited from biased favouritism? High Court can, and has, annulled commission results in the past.

Not drama you say? What would you call mismanagement during Islamic history exam? Placid reflection of though!?

I don't want to painstakingly waste my time in telling you the modern usages of the word "man".

However, this shows and proves that why were you failed in screening test. Perhaps; it's not the acumen and insight, but, the morality and buckling down.

Nothing is going to happen, do whatever you like. If anything happens, then the roads and courts are opened for everyone, including the qualifiers of screening test.

SPSC has certainly committed blunders in the past. But this time, it has come up with a new ardour and gusto.

Unconditional support for the SPSC, a growing institution. And that the screening test was a massive success on the part of the institution.

Besides; you point fingers at SPSC, because it is a provincial institution, and it can be approached easily. Why don't you question the decisions of FPSC? Or the results announced for general recruitment phases of FPSC, where they don't consider it useful to show you the results that where you stand.
Moreover grace marks were not given to favorites ,its also accusation :sleeping ;)
You are right.

Thats sarcasm for you! Nevermind...

By the way when I said, "apt use of grammar", I was referring to your inadequate use of tenses; "passed" instead of pass. As for morality, we shall all see how very moral and committed you turn out to be? Once YOU become AC, like everyone else, you shall start gobbling down "Haram"

"If anything happens, then the roads and courts are opened for everyone, including the qualifiers of screening test. " —"opened" lol ? like seriously???

Oh, and I passed the screening test.

Mr.Mughal , do you mean to say that mere 100 mcqs are enough to judge a candidates competence?
That too for a test they waited for 5 years.. No one can deny the setting of the paper was incorrect, and it had been scheduled after a year and a half..
I qualified the screening test but knew only 30 mcqs, well i got lucky.. But unfair on the ones who knew 30 and jin ka tukka sahe nahe laga..
Does that mean i was capable and the others wern't as i got lucky?

100 MCQs are sufficient to judge the ability of a person. I accept that a few answer keys were incorrect. But, accusing everyone and making a huge cry like babies is not justified. It's not the case that all the 3400+ qualifiers are children of zardari or Nawaz Sharif, and that we passed the test because we used unjust influence.

However, judging candidates using MCQs is in practice everywhere in the world, same is the case in Pakistan. And SPSC cannot find another way to peep into the mind of a candidate to know that who deserves to be passed. If you don't like the MCQs system, then it will be an advice to start a mass protest against the system.

I am also deeply saddened at the failure of those fellows who studied with blood, sweat and tears. I raised my voice only because a few persons were making baseless accusations that the screening qualifiers are all the favorites.
Not fighting sister. Just said what i felt..
i cant believe 15000 candidates were dumb.
I know a few who dropped semesters or had taken a long leave from work in order to study, but couldn't qualify..
And such a big institution admitting their mistake and giving grace marks!! They should have simply just re conducted the screening test.
In CSS, 20,000+ candidates are reduced to 600+, what will you say about it? Does it mean that all the applicants of CSS are dumb?

When they admitted the mistakes, and granted grace marks in restitution then it's over. They did what they were morally bound to do. Besides, committing errors is the very nature of humankind.

jilanishah Monday, April 13, 2015 12:11 AM

An institution CANNOT afford to commit mistakes!!
CSS is conducted every year.. There is no comparison..
As far as them favouring certain candidates.. I don't agree with this.
Also they initially had said islamiat will be included and then a week prior to the exam they said just Gk, Eng, pak and current affairs..
One cant keep changing the syllabus..

Please come up with some strong arguments. Besides, have a look at this to get a notion of similarity between two exams.

It's just an example. You can find yourself for the previous blunders committed in CSS exams.
