Dear, due to late from your side its impossible for commission authorities to accept your application, if you sent that in spite of that your application will be treated as TIME BARRED. There is hope for you if the court grants this, because nowadays some overage candidates had filed a writ against Sindh govt and spsc for age relaxation. If court give decision in favor of over age candidates then there is a chance of date extension. Hyderabad court had already ordered the commission authorities to accept the expiry date application but the full fledged decision is still pending from honorable court. so you have to wait for few more days till the courts decides.

All dear seniors can you tell me that i have applied for pcs and submitted form within due date,but my age is 31years and 3 months,means 3 months above than mentioned criteria but my form has been submitted,so will spsc allow me to appear in papers or not? please answer me with authentic report.

if court ordered government to accept and allow overage candidates to compete in the CCE 2013 of spsc then you will also become eligible for the exam

No chance of age relaxation further more, if all the candidates start to record their protest against the brutal policy of SPSC at press clubs then the demand may possible be accepted otherwise no chance seems.

no chance of age relaxation if all the over age candidtaes start to protest at press club all over sindh
decission is final and it will help in scrutiny on merit as less relatives of mpa mnas will sit in the exam

Default court decision regarding age relaxation
Do any body knows court decision regarding age relaxation? SPSC has rejected the candidature of all over age candidates although court ordered them to accept the form of the candidates? I have heard next hearing of this case is fixed on 22/11/2013 ( Just one day before the screening test). Do any body here have any update or the contact details of any petitioner of over age case.
