Assalam-o-Alaikum...
Hopefully, All members will be fine INSHA-ALLAH...

Dears I am applying for CCE for the first time, so am having some confusions about it... Please please please guide me....

-What does it mean by "SCORING SUBJECT" ???
-Being an IT professional, which optional subjects are better to be opted?
-What if I select STATISTICS (Group C), ISLAMIC HISTORY PERIOD I (Group B), and ISLAMIC HISTORY PERIOD II (Group B) as optional subjects ?

1)scoring subject means subject those fetch more marks like 75 out of 100 etc
2)being it professional you have to adopt subjects related to your field, opt those subject which you have read in your acedamic life, if you have good command overthem
other wise opt islamic history 1, islamiyat and public administration/sociology or if you have power to memorize indo pak history than take indo pak history 2
3)donot take muslim history 2 it is so much lenghty like I.R

Thumbs up to shaikh sahb

dear there isn't any particular trend of high/low scoring subjects in PCS. however, science subjects are going to be a good and sane choice e.g. statistics, psychology, philosophy, physics, maths, etc.

Work hard and have proper and sincere guidance, thats how you can succeed.
when opting for an optional subject, you should know its trends, whether its high scoring, average or low, go through past papers, and most importantly whatever optional subjects you chose, have faith and work hard
