Plz Suggest me best book for Journalism and Indian History P-II and need help in Indian History paper - II..... Give me some guidelines regarding this subject.....

'Mass communication' by Imtiaz Shahid and 'K.Ali's Indo-pak history II from 1526 A.D' will be enough to prepare from.

please share guess topics for english essays,and the source through you are getting material for essays?and i think g.k in E.D is very tough it is changed in every passed paper how to go through it please tell me......

dear i'm also a junior member like you, i started this thread so that we get feedback, queries, material and other related stuff from other members specially from senior members and make some time for solving queries of each other on particular subjects and topics. However, though many members are so helping towards our queries but not everyone seem to be so interested in group study thing. Thanks bro for clearing about group study,and please do share link of g.k my email address is ******.....one thing more please share ur study pattern about compulsory subjects like in essay,i have aleady asked for this from you,if you and other people who are preparing for pcs have a combine study in which we discuss current issues and many other things in which we have problems with the help of seniors,it will be very useful for us,if you and other think it beneficial......as g.k is both objective and theory so how to tame this monster,if anyone have strategy and any please share it??

some suggestions:
E.d for it, carvans,doger's and kashmir's are best books.
In e.d g.k it consists of three parts world knowledge,pak,current issues.
Essays short list essays from past papers and stars finding material for them,and post it on the forum for grammaticaly and structurely checked.
For English general,synonyms,antomyms,idioms,one word substitutions,grammer practice along with precies are under main focus....

This is my personal observation,seniors and others are welcome for more corrections and suggestions..

I've qualified the screening test and my optional subjects are:
1. Islamic History, period 1
2. Islamiyat
3. History of Urdu literature.

What are yours? And share your strategy for preparation, if you've thought any; and your experience, if you've any previous attempt of this exam.

I request all members to post materials, suggest reference books and guide other members from their experience and knowledge for the preparation of CCE 2013 written exam and interview which is ahead.

Dear My optional subjects are Islamic history paper 1 , Islamiat and Indian History paper 2. We hv two optional subjects in common. I am doing fine in all subjects except one. Paper of 'Sindhi general' bothers me a lot. My strategy is simple dear, besides reading books from Pakistani authors, I am also preparing from books written by foreigners for quotations. Moreover, If you want a satisfactory preparation then we shd make a group. I think this will benefit us. Have your say?
