Comparing SPSC with FPSC is nothing but a joke. While seeing the fanfare with which spsc has advertised this screening test , I can only marvel at the naivety of this institute . It reminds me of the quote that " Fools rush in where angles fear to trade ".
Disappointingly, I am starting to doubt that CCE-13 will be a merit based exam

SPSC's transparency remains debatable, always. And we have strong reasons to doubt its honesty and fairplay based on its past performance. But, unfortunately, we can do nothing about it. :nono

SPSC management has taken this step to lessen their burden for Written Test since number of candidates is said to have crossed 30 thousand figure.

Qualifying this test may seem like a herculean task, infact its not.

Good luck!

Now dear look at this

PCS will be held (exams) dec/Jan

CSS will be held in feb........

This is really difficult one for me to manage to the level of perfectiion for both of the exams. As there are different subjects, I have different subjects in CSS and PCS respectively....
And what about those who would fail, would they be paying Rs.1000, the actual fee for CCE-13, just for the screening test! I don't think its a wise decision at the 11th hour.
Challan fees is not refundable.
