That might be the case in those districts where there're more seats and less qualifiers. Interviews shall be conducted and all shortlisted candidates will be called. I confirmed this from education and literacy department.

thanks to the Lord of heavens and earth. I have just received offer letter for monitoring assistant. no interview nothing those with higher merit will be selected that's it.

I think that's totally justified, giving the position holders of all districts the offer letters is really a nice step from them,, at least there couldn't be any nepotism by doing it this way..

Sindh education department advertised for the posts of Monitoring assistants in only 15 districts.
Is there any sign that ELD would advertise for remaining districts very soon?

I am from Dadu, received job offer letter yesterday, direct to report acceptance of job within a week.
