No one knows about the review. If the decision is reverted as expected by the allocated candidates then it would be breaking news whose echo might b louder than that of previous decision of making it null and void. How the sitting judges will prove their decision wrong? Will they go against of their decision? What would be their reputation than?

That is right..That might erode their reputation...But the lawyers have taken the case and filed the review... Whether it would be accepted or otherwise is a question which the legal experts can tell.....More so, the scope of review is very limited and involves many implications....Let us see....The issue should be settled without loss of any time...Qualified candidates are still agitating

You mean to say that review has been accepted.. Because hearing can only take place once review is accepted...

Source of information? People say that it is neither accepted nor rejected but submitted.

Review has been submitted with SC. Now a date will be given to discuss the review application infront of the bench.Lawyer of review petitioners will be given chance to convince bench for acceptance of review.In that particular hearing, the judges will decide the fate of review after hearing arguments of lawyer.If it gets accepted ,further hearings (maximum two or three) will be based on the point that why the petitioners should be given relief.
Normally review petition takes a month to be rejected or accepted.So, u need to wait 2 or 3 weeks more to hear the good or bad news.

Can Registrar object to it? If lawyers in a private meeting with judges do not convince the judges then?

Registrar can't object to it if the application is in accordance with law.

It is the court-room where lawyers try to convince judges through arguments, precedents and articles.

Yaar ab janey bhi do. Zara un k dil say soocho jo meritorious they aur offer letter mil gaey. Har koi apna naseeb key khata hai. Aur jo AC, SO, ETO & Muktiarkar baney merit per and were gareeb k bachey they un ki state ko zara consider karo k offer order k baad null and void ho jana impossible hai. Agar apney nawazey gaey ya posts sell bhi ki gaey to ya sab karney k ikhtiar walon ko kya saza mili?

Ye to wohi baat ho gaey k MNA ya MPA ki seat agar re-election main jati hai leken aaj tak Election Commission k kisi official ko saza na mili.
