I thınk thıs ıs not the matter of SPSC Chaırman and Members' ıllegal appoıntments only rather the CCE 2013 and prevıous selectıons are under the shadow of doubt. Now ıf the Honourable SC/HC does not declare all the results null and voıd then on what grounds ıt wıll decıde? Further more 20 to 30 selectıons out of 100 to 120 on merıt does not mean that process ıs neat and clean even the sıngle selectıon out of merıt means abrogatıon of law. I belıeve CCE 2013 wıll be re-cunducted ıf the courts restore Agha Sahıb the Ex-Chaırman he wıll surely take the step.

If the decision comes as you say, allocated candidates won't go in appeal? I don't think it is feasible, however, the ball is in court. Let's see...

Your concern has do weight but if the exam is not fairly conducted and paper is not done fairly so as interviews than there is absolute chance that honourable courts may declare it null and void.
See the functiong team including members and chairman was not selected on merit basis then how can they fair exams? Secondly do you think that team is corrupt but their selections are fair? I think this trend of fraud and lawlessness needs to blocked once and for all.

In today's hearing of suo moto case SC ordered Sindh Govt. to re-conduct interviews of all CCE-2015 (664) candidates...

It would be injustice with those who were allocated on merit, if they might not perform well in interview it means they would lose the job. In my view all need to be allocated or all need to take exam from the scratch. Justice should be equal.

absolutely no, they stated why interviews were conducted if the case was in Sindh high court bench , they further stated that, govt must provide answer in written regarding the responsible authority for appointment of ex-chairman, where as honorable judge further said that, i remain unsatisfied they will give order of rechecking of answer copies of all candidates

Or another reasonable solution can be to continue all exam process from where ex chairmain Agha Rafique left the chairmanship. This might be a better solution for all.

I think still this case is being resolved thoroughly and hurriedly as CCE, 2013 written part is being ignored. The actual blunder is done there as many competitive candidates were intentionally failed in the process particularly in one subject (Sindhi, History etc).

I wish the part be ordered to be reconducted. That will be the real justice in its true spirit.
