Can we change optional subjects of CCE-2013 in case if it is commenced as directed by SC?

If re-written CCE-2013 happens, the practice of changing optional subjects is not possible.

Sir can we apply for SPSC DSP, ASP etc jobs having two years in-service experience like we do in CSS which have been 32 years now? And what would be the criteria for next CCE-2017/18 taking consideration with the SC verdicts that directed SPSC to give some reasonable relaxation in age?

There were rumours that new intake of DSPs would also be made by SPSC along with new Combined Competitive Examination 2017? Any updates...Knock Knock and what about the CCE 2013? are candidates preparing or what?
