Contact to SPSC head office, phone numbers are mentioned on its official website, ask them whether you can change your optional subject or not.

thnx sir for informing me about change of optional subject. I have submittted the application for the change of optional subject. clerk said when list optional subject uploaded you had seen your optional subject
