query regarding cce 2019..need help

my friend is facing problem in online form..some one has registered his NIC for trial...now he wants to apply but website is showing..your NIC is already registered and when he is trying to log in with forget password, he is not receiving any text from SPSC about password ...what to do.. Please help if some one has any idea what to do..

You have to visit SPSC head office for password reset. Same happened to a friend of mine some time ago.

can,t give you any solution at this time. Serious advice to you at this time is that make screen shot or video of all the errors so that you may atleast have the proof to show the same to SPSC and hope so they will cooperate with you and will entertain your application manually as today is the last day to apply online.

Regional office will not help you in this regards. We have tried that all earlier. Visit HYD office tomorrow morning and get the issue resolved.
This is what we experienced from SPSC. So please do not waste your time on approaching them at region office or via phone.

JAZAKALLAH bilal and arsalan for your replies...Today my friend made a phone call to SPSC head office and fortunately they received the call..after asking adress and N.I.C call attender told him password and finally he has submitted his form..thanks once again..

today is the last day to apply for CCE-2019 and I submitted the form after the 050 PM. I want to know that is it necessary to submit a form before 5. Is my form will not be accepted.
