this is competitive examination. Every qualifier should prepare himself for interview. i think nobody should share interview here. albeit after completion of the process, interviews can be shared. at this time we are competitors to one another. Sharing interview with others means weakening our own position in the merit list.

How about those who you find roaming around the venue of interview? They are enough to weaken our position as they have the huge data bank of questions being asked in interviews. Plz share your interview experience and help each other through this forum.

similarly is case wid pcs interviews.
We do not desire the same questionz in our interviews but we want to read out their minds and to channelise our efforts in paricular direction...

My intension was not to hurt any of members but my question was that the candidates roaming outside interview is a act of violation of SPSC rules as well as CSS rules if it happnes in CSS interviews. And to tell the truth, question are repeated in the interviews.

And almost most of the candidates are asked based on the following criteria :
a. Test/evaluate the personal qualities of the candidates.
b. Evaluate the candidate’s alertness, intelligence, and his/her communications skills.
c. Measure his/her interest in knowledge of Pakistan, Islam, current affairs and general awareness.
d. Test the candidate’s aptitude in his/her area of specialization.
e. Consider his/her general outlook, bearing and physique.

Questions were asked irrespective of optional subjects. I was also not asked any question realted to my degree (Software Engineering).

Mostly questions were asked from current affairs and Islam.

Everyone has its own way to pigeon-hole the things if someone thinks that letting others know of one,s xperience is against the ethics of these exams..........they might be right.But

Its good to help others. and if you think that telling others the things, which are prohibited , is a gesture of help then its okay. I have presented my viewpoint regarding interview questions. I am done with my responsibility to tell the others the right things. However, I would be now happy to let all others know the questions asked to me. Wish you best of luck..!!!

I have gone through various interviews including Mukhtiarkar 2002 and qualified PCS 2003 but as per my experience no body can snatch the due right of another . Neverthless, written marks of each candidate would be different . Interview does nt mean that how many questions you answered?And they have some thing tricky in their mind they will ask some 5-6 questions which would be quiet different than those of previous if candidate answers than they will ponder that he has gone through the study. What do u think they don t know that many candidates are awaiting out side of Center to note their questions?? Remember they are quite experienced people they can distinguish and differentiate the hard workers and lazy (who just cram same questions which are asked from previous candidates) . Now Why we are asking here interview questions?? just to sum up the interview pattern . Make sure they are experienced and intelligent and make result in 5 mintues but asking questions is formality. I have still remebered that when I answered my first question in PCS-2003 I was astonished that they at once said how many times you attempted for CSS-PCS even though my previous history was concealed and no proof was with them but how did they know?? because there first question and candidate's style ,attitude and outer personality reveals every thing that how much he is hard worker and experienced.

Comission would not select those numskulls sitting outside their offices.
They could easily gauge candidate,s profundity and hardwork within few questions....
AND At this forum no one was forced to share thier interviews and neither would be.
I suggest these candidates not to feel that much insecurity.

Salam Guyz! I had my interview today. I was the first one in the morning. I entered the room at around 10 and interview went on for 25 - 30 mins

The chairman started the interview and asked some general question about how should an officer behave. then he was satisfied and refered me to 2nd member

The second member asked from tough questions and i think he had some fixed answer is in his mind that he wanted to hear. He didnt do much discussion though

Then came the turn of 3rd member. he asked me some really tough question and asked me to name the author of some book. He asked me to name the relations Hazrat Mosa and Harzat Shoaib.

Over alll it was easy initially but started getting tougher and tougher.

I have High hopes and fingers crossed . I am thankful to Almight! please pray for me
