plz go to nearest SPSC office and ask them the procedure. perhaps a chaln is to be deposited in bank, and then the original copy of paid chaln with application is submitted to the controller of examination SPSC and marks sheet is issued, now dont ask me the amount of chalan, bcz i dont knw, instead call to SPSC and they will guide u plz.

is'nt that necessary to score at least 50% in each and every subject for appearing in Viva?

in individual papers 33% marks are the minimum passing criteria
and in aggregate one must get atleast 50% marks

The Sindhi and English Essay papers have 50 Marks each, and Composition papers have 100 Marks. So Essay needs 17 marks to pass and Composition needs 33 Marks.
All other papers have 150 Marks.
