One of the current members of SPSC on the instructions of CM has started helping court petitioners and providing all they want to consolidate their case. They have been successfully provided a list of interview marks that is not signed by late Chairman SPSC clearly indicating that the forgery was practiced in the interview part of CCE 2008. It was also maintained that couple of members of SPSC were not ready to sign this manipulated result after the death of Mr. Abbasi. But lately on the pressure of few other members who had taken handsome money from the parties managed to get annoyed members back on track and probably given them their due share. This member is helping to consolidate the claims of petitioners. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THE FORUM ABOUT THIS CHEAP ATTITUDE

One of those court petitioners who have strong political links is clearly saying that politicians were kept away SPSC from this game by few members. All politicians including CM are extremely annoyed at this act of forgery probably because of not giving them their due share. He clearly proclaimed that once court intervenes and stops the process of allocation he will even go harder on selected people specially those who used illegal means.

One more interesting piece of information that One of the Section Officers have been given 248.50 out of 250 in the interview to allow him to just reach the allocation list BY 0.50 marks as his written marks were very low. His mark sheet is also obtained by the petitioners. There are many other candidates who are involved in this practice of getting their interview marks increased after the death of SN Abbasi. But in this era of vibrancy thinking to hide any thing from people is just like living in fool’s heaven specially in Sindh where people don’t even hesitate to file a petition on a DCOs/Secretaries because they are not Grade-20 or don't have the training in Lahore.

All of above is conveyed to me through one of the petitioners against the anomalies in CCE 2008.

Can you plz share the Interview Marks , the list you have mentioned in subject note.

I don’t have this list and I only convey the information which I obtain from one of the active persons in that group who lodged petition in High Court against CCE 2008. This person who is 9 to 5 with these petitioners has seen this list and told me the marks of this GENIUS Section Officer who obtained 248.50/250 in interview. n future if I receive any credible information I will post it on the forum.

The case against 2008 is not heard yet by Sindh High Court and placed in queue of fresh cases; date of its hearing will soon be fixed. The group met their lawyer yesterday and discussed many things. Few of them are

1. Due to the under considered case against CCE 2008 offer letters issuing process will not be paused and people will get their offer letters unless court doesn’t think that process should be stopped.

2. Their lawyer has intimated the group that out of many points which are going to be presented in the court the delay of issuing mark sheet by SPSC after announcement is very strong and shows their mala fide intentions. The point against SPSC is their own announcement regarding the issuance of Mark sheets to failed candidates in major national newspaper and than due to unseen reasons failed to issue the mark sheets to failure candidates. The lawyer has discussed this point with few other judges of High court and they said after announcement if SPSC has failed to issue the mark sheets to failure candidates for re-counting claim purposes than there must be something wrong in those mark sheets and establishes a very strong ground for High or Supreme court to declare the interview part null and void in future. It has already been determined that candidates have been awarded exceptionally high marks i.e. 248.50/250 and attempt of SPSC hiding these kind of mark sheets by not issuing the same to all failed candidates presents a strong case against bad intentions of SPSC. According to the petitioners sources the staff at SPSC is ready to issue these mark sheets to failed candidates and they can do it comfortably but they are ordered by the members not to make these mark sheets public specially to those candidates who passed the written part and than attempted interview.

When this written result announced I thought something good is done to the youth but after the interview part the corruption of SPSC is revealing gradually. Allah knows what is next waiting in the line of SPSC’s corrupt practices. Both lawyer and petitioners are very much confident that in future they will win the case.

Dear,I have read ur couple of threads.I dont know why u r so much frustrated with spsc.Majority of officers from sindh government r spsc qualified and they r competent,as many of them have qualified css also.I cannot understand why u have launched massive propaganda against spsc.U r maligning and defaming sindh n sindhi youth.I have all the respect for u right of freedom of expression as well as ur views.Amazingly u urself claim to have been selected by spsc as section officer.It means merit was given due consideration.Proof of it is ur own selection.What else I can Say?

By definition propaganda denotes to the dissemination of false information. If you doubt the credibility of information I provide to the forum just pick up a copy of court petition lodged against CCE 2008, available free of cost from Sindh High Court. See through the allegations in this petition and than you will be able to distinguish between reality and propaganda.

An examination like CCE can’t be manipulated fully as there are many meritorious people placed in the final list BUT along with them many JALEE candidates found their way into the merit list who managed to get their marks raised through using other sources. Similar to the CCE 2003 due to the acts of these JALEE people meritorious class also suffers. How come on earth a person gets 248.50 out of 250 in the interview of a competitive examination. This is just one little example known to us as I am 100% sure that when court probes into the issue and will involve anti corruption department in this process, many other JALEE candidates will be exposed. I am of this view that corruption in competitive examinations can’t be done for merely one or two people if it is done than many un deserving people had enjoyed the benefits. Likewise, when CCE 2003 case was brought to the court people had no idea that it would have turned out to be a list of candidates un deserving candidates exposed.

We people in Sindh should get rid of this typical mentality of not saying any thing against acts of politicians and working mechanism of corrupt institutions. If somebody courageously says anything against them he/she is labeled as somebody against them. Have we ever seen these kinds of things happening in Punjab Public Service Commission? I am not giving my judgment about any thing rather discussing the evidences gathered by petitioners here in this forum. Remaining investigation will be done by the courts in future.

Although I hail from Punjab,still I commend the efforts u are king and am in support of total transparency for every institution..You are right when u speak about the trend that people in Pakistan don't budge and do anyhing themselves.And when somebody takes the stand,musters the courage to speak against corruption and wrongdoings,they try to pull his leg.It is a very good job that u people are doing.Carry on.N I hope no brother hear considers what I am saying an incursion of a Punjabi,because at the end of the day we are all Pakistanis.If we have to progress we have to stop being so protective about our provincial identities

i met those people who were offered from ppsc, called by official telephone,
one has to clear written by its own, and they will manage ur allocation by taking money

if total seats are 15, must sure, at least 3 are going to b allocate like this
