ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM! Guys I heard that English in SPSC is of American level not British level as we normally used and 90% students failed in English is it true?

PCS 2013 exams will be held in Nov 2013, i think so because i have read it somewhere in the notification,

can anybody pls tell me that i want to take these subjects (in optional)
INDIAN HISTORY PERIOD II (Group B)
Journalism (Group E)
Sociology (Group E)

So, is it okay to go with these subjects

Secondly, i am confuse that how to get a character certificate from a person whom you not relate. (Should that certificate be on a stamp paper)

Can someone tell me that how to fill the Receipt portion on the very first page of application form because it asks the post instead of preference.

The whole procedure of submitting the form is written on the application form that it is to be post to the main office of spsc in hyderabad at thandi sarak ,
but i can't understand that how to fill the first page of the form which is titled as receipt,

سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن جي امتحان لاءِ عمر جي حد ۾ 3 سالن جي رعايت منظور

ڪراچي (رپورٽ: اختيار کوکر)سنڌ جي وڏي وزير سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن جي سال 2013ع واري گڏيل مقابلي واري امتحان لاءِ اميدوارن جي عمر جي مقرر آخري حد ۾ 3 سال رعايت ڏيڻ جي منظوري ڏئي ڇڏي آهي، ذميوار ذريعن موجب سنڌ جي وڏي وزير کان سروسز ۽ جنرل ايڊمنسٽريشن کاتي پاران اماڻيل اها سمري منظور ٿي واپس کاتي ۾ پهچي وئي آهي، جنهن ۾ تجويز ڪيو ويو هو ته سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن پاران صوبائي حڪومت جي مختلف کاتن ۾ خالي گزيٽيڊ گريڊ جي جاين جي ڀرتي جي سليڪشن لاءِ گڏيل مقابلي واري امتحان لاءِ درخواستون ڏيندڙ اميدوارن کي عمر جي حد جي گهٽ ۾ گهٽ 3 سالن جي رعايت ڏني وڃي، سمري ۾ چيو ويو ته سنڌ حڪومت سال 2013ع واري ان امتحان جي درخواست ڏيڻ لاءِ سرڪاري نوڪري نه ڪندڙ اميدوارن لاءِ عمر جي وڌ ۾ وڌ حد 28 سال ۽ سرڪاري نوڪري ڪندڙ اميدوارن لاءِ وڌ ۾ وڌ حد 35 سال مقرر ڪئي آهي، سنڌ حڪومت کي هر ٽن سالن کانپوءِ اهڙين ڀرتين لاءِ سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن ذريعي امتحان وٺي اميدوارن جي سليڪشن ڪرڻي آهي، جڏهن ته ان کان پهرين سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن ذريعي گڏيل مقابلي وارو امتحان وٺڻ لاءِ سال 2008ع ۾ اميدوارن کان درخواستون گهرايون ويون هيون، جيڪو امتحان سال 2009ع ۾ ٿيو، شيڊيول موجب سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن جو نئون گڏيل مقابلي وارو امتحال سال 2011ع ۾ ٿيڻ گهربو هو، پر اهو هاڻي ٿي رهيو آهي، ان ڪري انهيءَ عرصي دوران صوبي جي ڪيترن ئي نوجوانن جي عمر وڌي وڃڻ سبب کين ڪميشن جي نئين امتحان ۾ ويهڻ جو موقعو نه پيو ملي، ان بنياد تي سمري ۾ تجويز ڪيو ويو ته سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن جي سال 2013ع واري گڏيل مقابلي واري امتحان ۾ ويهڻ جي درخواست ڏيڻ لاءِ سرڪاري نوڪري ڪندڙ اميدوارن جي عمر جي آخري حد 28 سالن مان 3 سال وڌائي 31 سال ڪرڻ ۽ سرڪاري نوڪري ڪندڙ اميدوارن جي عمر جي حد 35 سالن مان وڌائي 38 سال ڪئي وڃي.

Dear the post is CCE-2013 and department is Govt of Sindh. Because this is one exam held for multiple posts in various department.
