these jobs are contract based or permenant
in contract job you do not have any service book and apyslip
in permenant you have service book, gp fund allotment , personal number for online pay etc
i m talking about these hst offer letters

education dept mein pst, jst, hst kay service structure bn gay hain ab seniority wise promotion nahi hota balkay eik fix time k bad next scale mein promote ho jatay hain
