How they r giving 20 extra marks to females.?
 

according to my point of view they should not give 20 marks they can give only 5 or 10 extra marks to females . it is not merit. i got 80 marks i have done MA +Bed ... will they give me job or not ? any body told me they wil not give any extra marks to u . they may not appoint u . i m 5th no in my uc Jarwar district Ghotki if they give extra marks i wil go to 2nd position in my uc.. plz give me answer . ab job k lye choriyan pehno hahahhahahahha female ban jao.. hahah

Dear, Sindh Government has announced further course of action for recruiting the teachers. Female candidates are awarded 20 extra marks while no extra mark is granted to male candidates however they may be degree holders.
And by the virtue of nature you can not become female. What you can do only is that you should not become despair. You have got 80 marks and recruitment is not considered at UC level, rather on Taluka level, I guess!

I agree with you Gabol sahab because this policy will trample the chances of very good male students and give undue advantage to average females.For example a boy has scored 79 marks and a girl secures 60 and if they add 20 in latter's marks then girl will grab the seat which is total injustice.If compared,the level of candidate with 79 marks is far better than that of 60.This policy in my opinion should be revisited

well, I agree with you guys that 20 marks given to the females is not right. Teachers should be recruited on merit rather that Gender basis , UC , Taluka basis . Recruitment in our province is a joke.

One more which no body is discussing is that According to this policy , Graduate and masters are equal and you will get no incentive if you have B.ed and M.ed . This also doesn't make sense .

Comparing a person who has Intermediate and another one masters , if both have some marks than priority should be given to master not inter . But there are no provisions in policy to favors those who have professional and higher degrees .
