Dear currently the seats available in Taluka will be distributed as follow:
90% seats will be distributed to concerned UCs in the taluka
10% seats will be kept as poen merit in taluka
RSU has not issued any current UC wise list for JST seats so you must be mistaken dear 14 seats for a single UC is amzing i think :waiting
But as far as categories are concerned they'll hardly shift general candidates to science caetgory for appointment or vice versa
But the positive thing is that they have also prepared combined science-general merit list hence those can not get seats in general and seats are lying vacant in science category they may get chance I hope. Its only my view, original situation may be different. :?
