They are receiving two files of documents alongwith two colour photographs. Any relative can submit files like husband, brother or father but it is better to submit in person.

Yes Shabir your brother or father can submit your files because your documents have to be sent to the concerned board/university alongwith a Bank Demand Draft of Rs.500 for each degree for verification. If found bogus the merit will be deferred. Furthermore they are receiving files from all pass candidates I mean right from 60 to top score whatever be the position.

until next week you can submit/verify documents. you may carry all required documents and original ones as wel. print copy of your result in merit list.
