sab se best hota agar TOWN wise hote appointments...but phir bhi candidates isi tarhan towns ko le kr behes krte jese abhi UCs pr kar rhe hen...q k insan kisi hal me khush nahi hota...:-)

un mein se majority un logon ki hoti he jo private job krte hen jahan leave to kia 5 minute b late jao to baten sun'ni parti hen. Govt job mein check and balance nah hota. EDO Ya supervisor ko per month 2000 do aur kam par na ao aur ghar bethe salary hasil kro.

mein khud bhi gaya tha Monday k din . Unhon ne jst ka 3 din k bad aur pst ka ek week k bad ka kaha tha

to phir uc wise kurnay say woh farishtay ho jain gay?
jinhain haram khana hay woh hur tarah yeh hi kam karain gay galat policy say ap crruption khatm nahi kr suktay
n asa nahi hazaron ki tadad main is city main govt mulazim apni jobs pay jatay hain apnay ghr say door
aik lathi say sub ko nahi hanka ja sukta

i want help from respectable members,
pahlay to yeh k koi exact salary package bta sukta hay jst ki contract pay k kia ho gi confirmed?
2nd yeh k previous policy main fund tha lakin pention nahi thi ab kya hay?
last time ki policy main yeh mention tha k salary increament according to rules ho ga ab k asa kuch mention nahi
plz any body know about these things plz do share

kyun k agar private sector main is say bahtur opportunity mil rhi hay to phir hum us ko avail karain
