Well same matter has happened to me. I am at the top in my uc for male and is on 3rd for male+female and my uc has 6 vacant seats but guess what all 6 seats goes to females, among them 4 girls are lesser to my marks but due to their policy these vacants seats goes for females on +20 extra marks: there is not any vacant seat for male topper in UC hurt.
