NOTIFICATION
No. DS (G-1) E&L/MISC-Ban-App/2013: With approval of competent authority. It is to notify that the appointments under SERP-II (World Band program) being carried out by the ELD are exempted from ban imposed by the Government of Sindh vide their notification NO.SOV (SGA&CD) X-15/2013 dated june13, 2013.

Default Exemption mean cann't be banned
does it mean that these jobs are protected form banned and can not be banned????

asal me sindh govt nu new jobs par ban laga dia tha, jis ka written me notification sab jaga dia gia tha magr HST, JST aur PST ki jobs par ban nahe tha but us ka writin me notification jari nahe hawa tha jis ki waja EDOs process nahe chala rahy the, kion k un ko written me order nahe mila tha. ab ye notification dia gia hy k ye jobs ban waly order sy bahir hain. ab edos k pass writen me notification aa gia hy, umeed hy k ab buhat jald HST, JST aur PST ko order dy kar joining bhe karwa den gy... EDO office Badin k eik clerk ka kahna hy k 2 hafty me kam complete kar dia jay ga.... baqi sab dua karo k ALLAH un ko tofiqe dy

I have got message from DEO ofc Mirpurkhas in which instructions are given to submit original documents along with D.D before 23-9-13.
