hota ha is mein ?????can we expect merit after interview

aur selection kis basis pe hogi pichle academic marks b count kiye jate hen????yaan just interview ko dekha jata hai guide please

as far as i know this time at least there will be sure merit and dont take interview easy..the first and foremost thing to have is your confidence level along with knowledge, therefore I will advice all written-qualified friends to make some mock interviews with your friends or family in doing that you will learn indeed before going to be interviewed by SPSC.

@zaheer your are very right second ques of mahak is that : whats the importance of securing flying colors in written exam ?? will it be helpful ?? or just the interview play a sole part in next step ??
