Dear Haseeb!!
Can you explain this sentence which describes the sending process.

Request of application form by post will be entertained by the Head Office only, if accompanied by self-addressed large size envelope bearing Rs.50/- stamps for Registered post and Rs. 30/- for ordinary post. The Commission under no circumstances shall be responsible for non-receipt of any posted letter(s).

You should write Combined Competitive Exam 2013 in place of the post applied.

Yes you need to do. It has nothing to do with NBP. You are only a candidate for spsc.

It means that if you are in such a position that you can not download application form from internet nor you can go to SPSC office to receive form, then send request to SPSC Head office along with an envelope bearing 50 Rs postal stamp and your address so that they can send you application form. They also mention that if they send and form is lost in between somewhere they'll not be responsible.

@Ali Mallah
they have mentioned this in procedure.
designation and Court/Office Seal. The following Character Certificate in case the candidate(s) is not a Government Servant,
a. From the Principal or Academic Officer of his/her University or College or School last attended, and
b. From two responsible persons who are well acquainted with him/her in private life and or not connected with his/her University or College or School.
That's y I was asking wheather to submit character certificate or not. I passed my MBA in 2009, it would be tough to get the character certificate now....
can i submit it later if they demand?

1. I don’t have my Masters Degree with me, but I have the mark sheets of the two individual years, that is 1st year and 2nd year. Will this suffice or I will have to submit the Masters degree. The problem is I have appeared again in my 2nd years masters exam to improve my marks and before I do that I cannot take out my Degree. Please comment

2. I have done my BA and MA privately, what should I attach in lieu of Character Certificate from Educational Institute??

On page no. 1 of 'PCS Form' what are we supposed to write in the following spaces?

In the OPTIONAL SUBJECTS space there are 6 blanks given instead of three? should we fill three blanks and leave three blanks?

In the last of the same page i.e. 'PAGE 1' where it says " You are hereby admitted to the written part...
Your centre for the examination is ticked ( ) as below:

What should we write in PLACE and CENTRE spaces?? and do we have to ticvk anything??

It is a horribly confusing application form!!

I only have my BA marksheet with me. Do we have to send the copy of the degree or we can send the copy of marksheet instead ?
Is it necessary to submitt the character certificates now with the form or can they be submitted later on ?

Any graduate from a university, whether studied regularly or privately, is eligible for CCE. Lakho, you can apply on your BA degree.

If you are able to arrange Character Certificate, from the university you passed your last degree, on the basis of which you are applying, should submit it now. If not, SPSC will ask for it at the time of viva voce.

Do not fill all of them. Just fill the ones which are at left hand side and leave the front lines blank.

'Place' means 'the the city', and 'Centre' means the School, College or any other building where the exams will be held. You just have to fill PLACE space; leave the CENTRE space blank, it will be filled by SPSC.

Avais, if you can manage to get both the Degree Certificate and the Character Certificate before the expiray date of the exam, you should send them with your application form. Else, Mark Sheets are acceptable. However, you have to produce both these documents, in original, at the time of viva voce.
