In the list of documents by SPSC, there is 'a character certificate from a responsible person not related to the candidate'. I have two queries regarding this;

1. From whom should we get this, any officer of 17 or 18 grade in government, any authoritative person from our university or the person from whom we will get our other documents attested?

2. What is the procedure of getting this certificate, do we have to write it and print it ourselves and then get it attested/signed by any of the persons mentioned above or do we have to ask the person to write it and attest it?

As far as I can understand from their rules is, anybody who is known to you, but it would be even more better, if you can find a working person.

Not necessary 17th grader.

So, It could be your uncle, aunt, friend(not school, college,university friend) or any body whom you know well. THAT'S IT...

Dear i suggest you to go for 17 grade's government employee, and first thing write a character certificate by yourself , print it and then get it signed by the same because its clearly written 'a character certificate from a responsible person not related to the candidate'. and because we usually go for attesting our document's from a grade 17 officer, so i think a 17 grade's govt. employee would make much responsibility rather than anybody else doing other jobs.

meray bhai ksi bhe 17 grade officer sy eik character certificate fill krwa lo certificate app ko court say milay ga us ko fill krwa lo 17 grade officer say or submit krwa do

It means, we can get this character certificate signed by the same person who would attest our other documents, right?

Certificate court se lena parega kia! Hum khud likh kar, print karke sign nai karwa sakte kisi responsible banday se?
Dear i myself printed it and then signed it by a 17 grade's employee, and for remaining on the safe side i got attested my documents by another 17 grade's employee.

Why did you go to two different people. The same person who would attest our rest of the documents can not sigh/attest this certificate?

The person who would attest our other documents could do it, or we have to go to another officer for this?
