aadi khokhar thank you so much that's what I was asking for.. as I already have previous unsolved papers of PCS and also preparing myself for the exams... Do you have any knowledge about the examination date or month?

what happened in 2003 exams ? is there any source based system in PCS/ CCE too? :-(

papers will be conduct in december before or after 25th december
and source matters in spsc

Well,I have a friend in SPSC who has told me that exams may be delayed upto March/April 2014.However,it is not final yet.It was initially learnt that PCS will be held in November,but it seems highly unlikely because there are more than 50,000 candidates.Therefore,there is great chance of PCS being delayed upto said months.As far as 2003 PCS is concerned,it is already under investigation of FIA.Thus,you can be optimistic this time around that merit will prevail.
So keep your fingers crossed.
