what should we do now??do we need to file another petition in the court??any update regarding stay?

Everyone wants to know about the current status of the case. Is there any hope of re-selection? what is the progress of the case? training started or not?
But we have no answer and no information. Only Isshaikh knows about the case and exact situation, he has filed the petition, but he is not telling anything.
Don't know why?
Isshaikh please tell us what is happening there.

Because justice in our country takes years and lots of money so He may have given up. What else can we do guys except to look and hope for next such opportunity.

Wasnt using the forum for quite a long time so cudnt reply.
Case is pending, as deadman quoted it may take years.
Nothing worthwile to be quoted about the case except a rumor...
Facts are as under.
1. Case is in court.
2. Court has issued stay on appointmemt till the decision gets pronounce.
3. No training has started.
4. Their case is very weak so there are good chances of reselection purely on merit.
The rumor is a bit disappointing. It has come to my ears through various sources that the srb is planning to buy the decision maker. So despite their weakest case, they might win it here.
But dear fellows, i am not of those who quit, even if i may fail here, i will go to superior courts and will keep on appealing till i may be alive or till the court decides my case not of being appealed....

It is just an internship with a nominal amount of money. After completion of its time period, there is not a slight chance of having a permanent place in SRB. I think its useless to invest your energy and money for wining a 10K internship.

Dear raheel, there are 99% chances to get permenant.
Further more, its not abt 10 bloody thousands, its about our rights.
As ustad bukhari says
"Son bazar ma ginhi wathbo aa,
Faiz murshid kha pinhi wathbo aa,

Ta haq mursi sa chini wathbo aa"
Agr aaj me chup beth gya to ys ki qeemat mjhe nh mere aane wale naslo ko chukani ho gi. Kal mera beta ya ap me c kisi ka beta b mere aur ap ki tarah apne haq c mahroom na ho, thats what i am fighting for.
Merit in sindh since last 15 years have been much lower than even 15%.
Ppp ki govt n ministers ne kin kin jahil n un parh logo ko job di he agar ap ko pata ho to u might die before introducing your self as a sindhi.
Frankly speaking, i might not join srb. But still i will fight till the very end bro. Because yh ek case misaal bn jae ga n humare soe hue qaum k parhe likhe nojawan shayad jag jae n apne haq k lye larte rhe.
Aj me akela hu, case ka decision +ve aya to agle bar 10 case hn ge, then 100 then 1000. N the number will b increasing like a chain reaction.
One day a time will come when merit will prevail n koi b hukmuran kisi ka haq marne c pehle soche ga zarur.
In last, quran ki ek ayat ka tarjuma sun lo. Allah sayz "me kisi bhi qaum ki taqdeer tab tak nahi badalta jab tk wh khud koshish na krein....
Do you still want me to stop tryng fighting for my rights and those of my future generations????
What our parents did, we are facing. Wht we do, our childern will face.

I am not saying that you should withdraw your case. My point of view was about the ambiguity for a permanent place in SRB. If you have firm believe that they will place you after completion of your internship then go ahead keep fighting.
