As far as I know seats are not on the basis of district wise. Hence, these are on the basis of regional wise. Our region is sukkur, that contains 63 seats. In advertisement they announced the seats region wise so how could it be the district wise! Therefore, it doesn't make any sense. Rest God knows better...
