No one knows the best combination in CCE. However, your optional subjects are also good. Just nothing to worry about and keep the wheel of your preparing moving on to the level of perfection and then you will be doing miracles insha'allah

It seems Zoology and Psychology both are scoring subjects. As far as Sindhi literature is concerned, it's the art of literature and diction.
