If I am not mistaken, you are referring to advertisement no. 03/2011.

Written result has nothing to do with seat quota for SRP or direct allocations and there is no fixed formula for inviting 3 or 7 candidates per seat. If they believe more candidates are ahead of their “cutoff scores” they will call more candidates for interview. I am not sure about your ASI scores but in our case it was 50% with negative marking.

I had a test in the month of April in which 198 candidates participated and only 12 declared successful for 2 seats. Now comes the other part, like educational qualifications and job experience. My job requires that the applicant must be a master degree holder or a bachelor degree holder having 5 years of experience in a particular area. It is obvious that master degree holders will be preferred. Plus university name also matters in case of more than one master degree holder in my case.

So, I am sure if you are more educated it will be considered as your plus point.

As far as your experience regarding that “person” is concerned, let me tell you that it happens in life. Take it as a life time experience. Do your preparation with firm belief that Allah will take cares of justice in your case and rest leave to him.

addi you mean seven candidate will be called for one seat .....why spsc has passed so many candidate in written part if there were merely 100 seats for each division ?????

I have also not been able to figure out the reason for this.But I have started to focus on my preparation so that I don't waste my time on pondering over things which are beyond one's comprehension.

Guys any updates for physical test result???? It's too late......

I have been informed by my sources that interviews for A.S.I will start from september 16th.

I do not know which Range will be interviewed first but,I assume that they'll start from Karachi Range.However,one should start one's preparation without thinking too much about who will be interviewed 1st and who later???

Lets hope that SPSC completes the process as soon as possible because it has been going on for more than three years now.


Lets gird up loins and try our best.Final result is not in our hand.So,lets do what we can to improve our chances.Lets work hard.
