No , in physical test merit will prevail if they make injustice with any candidate who is fit and they disqualify him or her so they can go to Court , I think the real problem will start in interview where they can do any thing ,, maybe some seats are filled by merits,,,,,,,,,,,

many candidate will not bear the expenditure of court fees .....in pakistan justice like?????????????????????????????????????

no if injustice happen with us ..we will be united and file constitutional petition in high court ...it would b speedy remedy .... I am working in a law firm , and my senior is markazi Dy Secretary General PPP he is a senior lawyer , I know that court fee would not be a matter for us ....

merit will pervail in physical test and interview too spsc has filtered all the near and dear ones of mpa's and mna's five of them were from my area all declerd fail in screening test

In Physical fitness, Fit candidates will not be failed but instead Unfit candidates declared physically fit. . . I think. . .

It's means all candidates those passed written test...failed either physical or fit

Respectable friends,
Assalamoalekum;
As per my observation they have passed all those who were appear in final written test I think they didn't check test copies 100% sure...
What does it mean?
Either they have increased the posts or they will slect their favorite among we all.
