acceptance letter kis ko adres krna ha secretary or deputy secretary as mentioned in offer letter?

It should be addressed to secretary as issuing authority is Secretary but since it is being signed by Deputy Secretary so you may start as
Secretary/Deputy Secreatry
Education and Literacy Department
Government of Sindh

You have to submit original verification roll signed & stamped by SP/SSP/DIG (of your area) and counter signed by SP,Special branch.
Keep copy of the character certificate you received from SP/SSP/DIG (of your area) and from SP,Special branch ,they might ask for it.

Does education department give any grace period for submission of acceptance???
Since last Monday (24th Nov), I am running from pillar to post to get my police verification done.. First local thana took a week for verification and now special branch is taking time. I am confused and frustrated. what should I do?

Ask them for quick response and offer them "something" else wait for unlimited and undesirable period.

Meet any one of the SI in the special branch and ask him to do your work ,
wesay they cant work without "mithai"
