they are responsible for over-aging of CCE aspirant

Nope, those books aint worth at all. Its better to select an area, choose some well known books and explore related information from the web.

Don't blame SPSC for this delay because you cant compare FPSC and PPSC with them. Both of those commissions advertise dozens of jobs each year just because of the scale of their population. In case of our province, 50-55 jobs for SOs and 40-45 jobs for ACs emerge after waiting for 5 or sometimes 6 years. So its understandable that Sindh is comparatively very small province that's why number of jobs are also lesser and SPSC cant regularly conduct PCS for these reasons.

Currently, there is no Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef is holding the portfolio of Foreign Ministry. He have two key personnel who assist him on foreign affairs.

1. Tariq Fatemi Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs.

2. Sartaj Aziz is National Security Advisor as well as key adviser on the foreign policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The passing marks for this screening test is 50% or more.

I'm not blaming SPSC delaying CCE is sole responsibility of Sindh govt, isn't injustice that vacant post are filled by retired,deputation. newspapers are testifiers.I am astonished at your justification. Delay is delay whatever the reason may be. over-aging is cause of delay in CCE. who is responsible then?

hitherto there is no official affirmation of -ve marking.

There is high probability of having negative marking in screening test to filter out a large bunch of peoples. They haven't announced yet but I am sure test will be based on awarding 2 marks for each correct answer and 0.5 mark deduction (25%) for each wrong answer.
