@Saima Baloch
Saima, You ask your baba's friend who is in SPSC and confirm us the news if the paper wasn't out before the Screening Test. Paper was undoubtedly out far prior to the exam and it was made and set almost an year ago.

Now the marks obtained by the successful candidate have become controversial, because it's unpredictable that their marks may be gained through wrong keys or questions.And there should be 35% passing marks instead of 50 , additionally grass marks should be given to each candidate equall to wrong questions or answer keys as a fair chance for every candidate. CCE should be conducted every year by SPSC as CSS is conducted by FPSC and PMS by PPSC .

If it is like that, then I assure you there won't be any written exam of CCE13 because everyone will be going to court for such injustice done by SPSC and you will see courts will order for re-screening and chairman will resign. Spsc has only one solution to proceed the exam, SPSC should set the passing marks forty percent or ten marks should be awarded to all candidates gracely. Otherwise, you will see my prediction pragmatically

This lollipop might satisfy Agha Rafiq's crying kid but not anyone of us. We can't let these white-collar thugs playing with the future of thousands of candidates of Sindh, we know very well, on what rate the jobs are being offered in the market and on what price the paper was out.

Before knocking the door of courts, everyone should know that mr. Charmain is a retired judge and he knows law better than any one else...
