Actually they have not reduced passing criterion 50% to 40%, what happened , they only have given grass marks to those whose marks are in between 40-49%. There were blunders in the key of A , C, D according to a post in this forum discussion.There is no proof of awarding grass marks with respect to 16 wrong answer keys. if grass marks are awarded then why not for those whose marks were in between 35- 39%? their marks should have been 39+ 16 = 55 grass marks.Why we are still not considered for written part?

I am not against Screening test rather in favour of it, but it should be based on some scientific methodologies.MCQs can be attempted by competent and Tukka Masters simultaneously; hence evaluating individual's competency or incompetency can't be approximated through MCQs tests rather it can be evaluated by an individuals written cogitations. Second CCE is being conducted after almost a half decade, therefore fair chance should have been given to all candidates to prove their potential . Omnipotent knows better about happening of next CCE, till than all of us would be overage. why only single chance as there are 3 chances in CSS. Why not CCE is conducted annually as CSS and PMS ?

ok thanks for letting us know, awarding grace marks means below 50 can now give written exam, "Kaan idhar se pakro ya udhar say" does it make any difference? jab 40 wale ko 10 marks mil gaye aur 50 pe he has became eligible so how come our demand is not fulfilled?

He's failed so i feel sorry for him. what differentiate do you expect? You passed, didn't you? so why do you still seem angry? do you have any problem with the grace marks allotted by SPSC?
Live and let live others, this is all i can say to you. By passing this screening test or this whole exam you won't become P.M. of Pakistan, your unreasoned anger over this issue minor issue seems only your narrow mindedness, think good for others. Why do you have problem if more people are passed?

Bus ab sub khush ho ya test bilkul galt ha marks daka ya sabit kurdia ka screening test main question galt tha ya kia ho raha ha inko chahiya tha ka test reconduct kurt I am totally against this result.

I can understand that there is unemployment & hunger in our country, and one of my friend taught me that "a Hungry Man is always the Angry Man". I can understand why few of you guys are so angry, i can see that but still you should show big heart for others, if they get benefited it doesn't mean that you will remain hungry and deprived. Everyone has his own destiny, nobody will take your job if it's meant for you. So stop it now already.

They should be giving 16 gross marks or reconduct because or they should set criteria on 35 percent there are 16 wrong answer keys

People like alisikander are very desperate people. They think that seats for them are lying ready but if more people will come they will snatch their seats. Therefore it's not their fault, like Guddu said these can be repercussions of hunger and unemployment.
