Ada I am not part of your competition but being part of this forum I mention you that giving 9 to 10 marks is another thing and if they set 50% than it means only 40+ will be benefited and if they make 40% passing score than every candidate will be benefited below 40% and above 40% , and another thing dear " Kaan idher sy pakro ya udher sy" every senseable person can differentiate and if member of this forum irritate by my post than this will be my last post... sorry to all

I am sorry if if you misunderstood me, or if I sound harsh to you. You are the valuable member of this forum. But I just couldn't understand your logic n still unable to.

40% pass = means all @ 40 and above will pass, right?

50% pass with 10 grace marks = 40% and above will pass.

so how it makes difference? in both ways below 40 will still not be passed. So what do you actually want to say?
You said any sensible person can differentiate, but i can't really differentiate so please tell me in Sauli Sindhi, how?

I am not against Screening test rather in favour of it, but it should be based on some scientific methodologies.MCQs can be attempted by competent and Tukka Masters simultaneously; hence evaluating individual's competency or incompetency can't be approximated through MCQs tests rather it can be evaluated by an individuals written cogitations. Second CCE is being conducted after almost a half decade, therefore fair chance should have been given to all candidates to prove their potential . Omnipotent knows better about happening of next CCE, till than all of us would be overage. why only single chance as there are 3 chances in CSS. Why not CCE is conducted annually as CSS and PMS ?
Dear, I agree with you that there must be age relaxation to aged one because long long delays frustrate young generation. Furthermore yes there is question Mark on this Screening test MCQs.... but dear i think there is big difference between Competent and Tukka Master... Competative person would always leave Tukka Master behind.... Even if you see this screening test English section MCQs a competent person can solve it correctly rather than Tukka Master...... Therefore as per my point of view Screening test is necessory in current erra....

All those with 40 marks and still not declared eligible for the Written Test must unite together and make a strategy to deal with the situation.

@Nysha
because most of the candidates with 40% are declared passed.

You may be right but majority of the candidates have been satisfied now, that's why i am asking you to make a group of those candidates who are still effected by SPSC's wrong and poor strategies.

Dear it mentioned in this forum that our demand fulfilled by giving us 10 marks and make it 40%, so Object only this point that its not 40% but it is 50% .if they would have reduced their criteria to 40% than above forty tu successful candidatetes ma hoty laken Jo he grace marks dety tu below forty he qualify krty , let suppose they award 5 marks to each candidate and make their criteria to 40% than those who are below forty who bhe pass ho jaty.
I think its enough to be understood , and dear my language and composition both are irregular so don't mind..thanks for concentration
