Default How to crack CCE (2013) compulsory papers.

The CCE, 2013, is drawing closer. I hope, all my fellow aspirants have worked well enough to make impact in the exam. Still, i try to present my point of view on what should have been done to get through the compulsory papers.
1. ENGLISH ESSAY: this papers comprises 50 marks and is to be attempted in 2 hours. Essay topics are based on conventional nature, like current affair topics. So it does not cause any worry to candidates, especially CSS aspirants. However, it is always wiser not to make outline or mention sub-headings in the cce essay considering the time duration and the marks of the paper. Just write it like short essay as we do in css.
2. ENGLISH GENERAL: for this paper, one should go through vocab, precis practice, idioms, corrections, letter writing, dialogue writing, application writing, and short essay practice. 'Exploring the world of english' can cover almost all the areas except vocab and dialogue writing.
3. SINDHI ESSAY: in this essay, sindhi language expression is key to success. So, practise as much as possible to write in pure literary style. Topics are can be literary and current as well.
4. SINDHI GENERAL: for this paper, cover short mazmoon, pahaka, chavnyoon, istilaah, aeraboon, translation practise, poetry translation and mcqs. 'sindhi general' by mukhtiar mallah can cover almost all the topics.
5. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: for this paper, go through mcqs of current affairs, pak affairs, everyday science and islamiat. One cannot predict the topics or questions for subjective section. In 2008 paper, they asked 84 mcqs and 2 subjective questions. So, it's better to focus on mcqs as subjective questions can be managed in the paper.
Remember, in PCS, most candidates fail to secure aggregate score because it's easier to pass the subjects individually by getting 33 per cent. So, do focus on your optionals as well.
Best of luck to all friends.
