Thanks for wishes. as far as my preparation strategy is concerned I call it "study in scientific way". I have never been to any CSS or PCS academy nor I have studied entire day. I use to study four to five hours for almost two months. but I cannot say it a regular study because I had to do a full time job and look after my family also.
what to study and how to study is very important but "what not to study" is even more important. My optional were History of Europe, International Relations and Sindhi. Except Sindhi, I had studied these subjects during my masters in IR from KU, besides that I used some communication skills in "my way" to answer the papers. For general knowledge, besides a GK book, I will recommend to read one good English newspaper daily. there are so many things I cannot share on this page, owing to time and space, however, whenever I find time, I will share my experience. take care and best of luck. |

The list of the candidates ( recommended for the post of DDO) posted by me has originally been worked upon and prepared by Mr. Nasar Abbasi and i have only added one missing name to it and have tried to set it so anyone finding it useful must thank Mr. Nasar and acknowledge his efforts. |

I congratulate all qualifiers on their success. Besides this, I would like to know how many candidates from Urban and Rural are not willing to join in the advertised positions.
I will be thankful to anyone who could list down the names here. Thanks and regards. |

Mr. Abdul Qudus Shaikh Roll no. 107 Merit no. 8 (R) told me that he will not join as he is already under training at CSA lahore. he has been selected as AC customs.
Note: this information is based on my conversation with him, however, it is the sole right of the selected candidate to join or not and he is the only authority to finally decide about it. |

@Nasar Abbasi,
First I congratulate you on your brilliant success. Secondly, how is the post of DDO (r), I mean on which groups of CSS candidates prefer DDO (r)?

@ Binyami...
candidates of CSS prefer to be PSP, DMG, FSP and in most cases customs is also very charming for them. but those candidates who fall in Information, , Railways, Postal, they definitely like to DDO (R) rather than in this group. (In current PCS several seniors of information group have succeeded and they will leave their 18 grade to join as DDO). In most of cases candidates of PAAS, MLCG, CTG, and Income tax also prefer to join as DDO (R), however sometimes the nature and priorities of a candidate also decide which way to go. But one thing is sure. DDO Revenue is a DMG group and currently second highest in terms of choice of the candidates, first is Police service. Note: this is my personal view so any one can differ with my point of view. |
