Dear this forum seems to be hijacked by few people and whosoever tries to say anything contrary to their views they ruthlessly attack him. I am amongst those who believe in freedom of speech and respect to all. I did not like this attempt of a forum colleague to thrash your point of view and in response many others promulgate this order that you should be ignored. I was also treated in the similar fashion when I shared my thoughts based on my experience with forum. Dosto kisee ko baat kerne se mat roko, us kee baat ko samjho us per amal karna ya na karna yeh aap ke sawabdeed hai.
This forum comprises of people of diverse background and intellect and I respect their views.

what have the developments been in last three days regarding offer letters, plz ?

Please go through the following link and see the difference between CSS and PCS.Those who were criticizing me over my stance of placing CSS above PCS will have the answer. I wasted my time preparing for PCS as I should have stopped my preparation after exhausting my CSS chances.Had all those molested and arrested officers were CSPs all police constables would have been behind the bars for torture.Those PCS officers have put forward few petty demands to the CM for consideration.

Chief secretary sindh has signed the summary of successful candidates for issuance of offer letters to DDOs and SOs....summary wil be sent to CM ...probably on monday.....

please make it more clear dear Nasar what the honourable chief secretary sb has signed ? Summary or downed the recommendation file sent by SPSC ?

when we say summary: it means that the recommendations' file was earlier downed by CS sb to Secretay services and secretary services sb had sent that file to section and section prepared the proposals and then proposals were sent to secretary services sb and from secretary services sb it was sent to honourable chief secretarty sb and then CS sb signed the SUMMARY and now it would be sent to Honourable chief minister sb. Is it correct that all this process has been followed ?

if CS sb has downed the recommendations' file to secretary services sb so the process mentioned above is yet to be followed so obviously the file is not converted into summary and hence cant be sent to CM sb on Monday.

so what has been signed ? summary or recommendations' file to down to secretary services sb ?

Nasr has clearly mentioned in his post that the summary has been sent for issuance of offer letters. there shouldnt be any confusion any more i think.....

Dear brother Muhammad Hussain.

Confusion pours in haevily when people at concerned section says that they haven't had any file in this connection from the office of the secretary services so thats why i m asking whether the Honourable Chief Secretary has been kind enough to get the summary preapred in his kind office and send that direct from his gracious office to the the Honourable Chief Minister without bothering secretary services and concerned section.

so for the reason mentioned above, i just wanted to have confirmation whether people at concerned section are misguiding me and thts why still looking forward to having confirmation from my friends at Karachi specially Nasar abbasi.
