Thanks for not using any abusive language while replying to my posts and God bless you candidatespsc as I do have this habit of forgetting the harsh attitude of people. If you boycott me for presenting factual information than you are allowed to do that. I will again request the participants of this forum to see me as one of you rather labeling me as a torture loving person as honored by respectable candidatespsc. I don’t have this ostrich like attitude when the gravest of problems stare us in the face and we still act like nothing is happening.

I disagree with you, The case of Umar Zaur (Controller examination CCE-2003) has strong linkage with CCE 2008 as both CCE 2003 & 2008 are of similar in nature.In both cases court were bothered due to the selection of nearest and dearest of SPSC authorities along with many other charges of different nature. When Mr. Saleem Sheikh (Petitioner in CCE-2003 case) went to the court he just pleaded on the ground that son of chairman SPSC and other influential people had succeeded in getting their close relatives selected in the said exam through illegal means.

The said case (2003) seemed normal at its initial stage and same renowned advocate was with the respondents (selected candidates of 2003). But the main course started getting spoiled when the regime changed and PPP came in the power. RESPECTABLE Mirza Ibrar has provided all genuine and hand made fictitious evidences to the court to make the case stronger to be handed over to Anti Corruption Department of Sindh. Even he requested 10 Million from the Sindh Govt. to run a comprehensive inquiry.Later the Controller examination was arrested. See below link

Now point of concern over here is to highlight that majority of candidates who have been recommended by Anti Corruption department were guilty of manipulation. The Answer is clear NO but the system of our province is so bogus that many meritorious people also came under the hammer. In fact the list includes those who later joined CSS cadre in different groups specially one recommended candidate joined PSP with flying colors. Were they not meritorious? Yes they were. Again I would repeat my claim that it is the tug of war between bureaucrats and will not allow anybody to enjoy relief if there own kiths and kins are not there. PPP along with their manzoor-e-nazar bureaucrats has been successfully destroyed the fates of CCE 2003. If controller is arrested than 2003 candidates are bound to go in future otherwise his arrest will be meaningless. The concerned file is waiting in Chief Secretary’s office for disposal. If it happens than believe in me CCE 2008 group is in even more problems.

First step towards the destruction of CCE 2008 is taken by filling the petitions in the court and many more will have to follow in coming years. There will be many more Ibrar Mirzas in SPSC in coming years after the removal of PPP and current SPSC setup to destroy the fates of CCE 2008 by providing hand made evidences to the court. To me main culprit is Mr. Mirza as he started an un known rivalry among politicians and bureaucrats which have created a wave of uncertainty for future of CCE 2003 and 2008 candidates.

The game has began as petitioners have already started getting aid from different influential circles of Sindh province as they have provided them the marks sheets of few suspicious candidates to be produced later in the court while on the other hand all CCE 2008 failures have been waiting for the same since last one year or more.

Though it is very harsh but this is how our province is governed. The readers of this part of the forum are requested to please take my posts in positive sense rather than cursing me because we all are mature people not children.

Any update? I think that it will take another month for offer letters.

Dear , I am recommended for S.O. I have contacted the S & GAD dealing section i.e S.O X , he informed me that the summary has been put up before the Hon'ble Chief Minister but is still pending for his assent .
He further told me that it will take another week after the signature of the C.M

i have heard that 12 candidates filed the petition .............dont know if the petition has been admitted for regular hearing or not.
