Default Creation of PMS group?
I have heard that in Sindh the executive and secretariat groups have been merged into one group called PMS (Provincial Managmenet Service). This PMS group is similar to the one existing in Punjab. This has been done due to passing of a court order. Now, SO can be posted as AC and AC can be posted as SO because both belong to the same PMS group. It would be blessing for SOs but devastating for ACs becase they would lose the postings to SOs.

Does anyone have credible information about this PMS group?

SOs jb apnay contact par district mein atay hain to ac ya dc ki post par atay hain lekin ac kabhi so ki posting nahi letay yay practise sindh mein common thi in 90s
